All day Germer [Karl Germer] stormed and raged about the apartment, gave us endless trouble, caused an expense of RM 10, and all but broke down Billie’s [Bertha Busch] patience.
We agreed to take it: Frau Mattner 2 karlsruhestr Uhland 81-93.
The Lord God Almighty [Karl] Germer will (if you please!) condescend to select the frames for my pictures HIMSELF.
