Aleister Crowley Diary Entry

Monday, 26 October 1931

Pain too bad. Called in [Dr.] Weidling: he thinks it may be a miscarriage. He had to give her [Bertha Busch] Pantopon; prescrn. for 6, probably to find out if she would take them all at once. He is distinctly suspicious. I hope she will not fall into the trap.

I was utterly crushed by sorrow and anxiety all day.
