Saw Steward about Settlement of Divorce [from Marie de Miramar].

[Karl Germer] furious with nerves at 9.0 A.M. Suddenly climbed down at 10 A.M. and asked to come to stay with us!!!!! He came.

Bill [Bertha Busch] disgracefully dumb all day.

Started fucking for an hour or so; she was too drunk to finish.

Evening spoilt too.
