Big dinner Karl [Karl Germer], Hedy [Hedy Nevermann—Germer's girl friend], Hamilton [Gerald Hamilton]; later Christopher Isherwood and Stephen Spender—Bill [Bertha Busch] and I both went after Hedy. Cosy Corner later—great fun with boys—Charley’s—Besselstr Johanniter Keller. Some cafe in Friedrichstr Friedrichskeller.
