Sullivan [J.W.N. Sullivan] up—dinner at Simpson’s.

     

Yorke [Gerald Yorke] went to Bank—said manager was out; would see him in morning. He broke his word again.

     

I told him a few facts at lunch on Saturday—in the presence of the servant.
