Waterhouse [solicitors for the publishers of Laughing Torso] write saying they will apply for security for costs of Appeal.[1] See July 16.

 

 

1—This refers to the security for the costs of the appeal Crowley is lodging against Constable and Company & Nina Hamnett in their court win in Crowley's libel suit against her book Laughing Torso.
