1 Spirit (Akasa, Light) Bathe eyes: ultra-violet. 2 Air. Breathing exercises. Inhalations. 3 Water. Cleansing, baths. Purging. 4 Earth. Massage. Food. 5 Fire, Sun-ray, infra-red, Electric, high frequency, Urtication(?) Flagellation.
1 o'c. Peg. to lunch. Cunnilingus for about an hour.
6 Maisie [Clarke].
Pam & Laurence to dinner. Spelling Bee: I seem to have got very tired, even drunk.
Couldn't do opus.
