Air raid 3.30 a.m. Went out. Jupiter amazing for size & brilliance. Never before in this country!
Very quiet day.
Lungs still not clear. Exertion still spoils breathing.
Towards evening phlegm began to accumulate in great quantity; but it was not tough.
Began about 12 hours since 1 sixth H[eroin].
