[Chipping] Campden padd 9 3/4 M-i-t-M 12.19
Woke 5 slept 241 [asthma symptoms] (1)[Heroin].
7 1/4 (2)[Heroin].
12 1/2 F.H. [Frieda Harris] not at station.
Severe pain over heart: violent shivering fit!!!
Took (3)[Heroin] in station W.[ater] C.[loset] in the dark! Tablet [of Heroin] broken (2 in 1).
2 o’c Another fever spell (4)[Heroin].
4 1/2 More 241 etc (5)[Heroin].
The whole day was just a panic uddle.
Talked a lot to F. [Frieda Harris] seemed to help her.
Hard work getting to bed.
7 1/2 M&A[tropine] I do hope to God that will bring me back to normal.
11 1/4 Woke, damned ill, vomited.
Toughish phlegm, oppression over heart (6)[Heroin] 1/4 gr Damn it, this is bad!
Curious constriction round waist. 8th cont. some 5” above navel. An entirely new symptom.
