Woke 2 3/4 lots 241 [asthma symptoms] (1)[Heroin].
7 1/4 some 241 (2)[Heroin].
9 o’c 241 coming on heavy (3)[Heroin]. Retching started! (This has happened several times in similar circs but only at about this hour in am). This, and some diarrhoea, otherwise, I feel top-hole.
11 1/4 XOP (4)[Heroin]. OK.
3 o’c No need but F.H. [Frieda Harris] evening (5)[Heroin].
Worked on FO [Fucked-Out] Families. ["Landed Gentry"]
Wrote [Dr.] Crawshaw, [F.W.] Hylton. Frieda [Frieda Harris]; Ham [Gerald Hamilton], Alice big tea; sleep
7 3/4 woke, no urgency (41)[M&A(tropine)]. This kept me quite happy till sleep at midnight.
