Van Raalte said I could have 1lb Latakia [tobacco] next week. I have plenty, so I rang Liversedge, as he said he wanted some. This for [I Ching] Hex[agram] 31 Hsien.
Everett here: diplomatic order of 77 PC.
Ham [Gerald Hamilton] here: arranging Liversedge deal. Arranging W.C. [Winston Churchill] photograph [Version 1, Version 2]. (Everett said soft hat & big cigar would make likeness notable).
