Pleasant dreams, woke twice, then 3 3/4 some XOP (1)[Heroin] inadequate.

7 241 [asthma symptoms] came on badly with sudden nausea & diarrhoea. Cause definite: no air in a room too hot (3)[Heroin].
9 3/4 (4)[Heroin].

11 3/4 (5)[Heroin]. Total 1 gr.
4 1/4 Slept since 2 3/4: woke with no 241!! (6)[Heroin].
Wrote USA Consul for new regulations Visa.

12 1/2 Oddy’s [restaurant] Cecil [Robert Cecil]. Pleasant lunch.
