1 3/4 Woke, chill, bad 241 [asthma symptoms], worse diarrhoea.
2 1/4 (1)[Heroin] woke 241 & cold in head.
8 1/4 (2)[Heroin] slept on the dot!
Woke 9 o’c 241 bad (3)[Heroin].
10 o’c I really don’t know what I’ve taken 1/6 or 1/4. But (4)[Heroin] is certainly 1/4 because I’m being firm about it all.
Muddles & stupid all AM some 241 & general XOP though not bad.
12 3/4 (5)[Heroin]. Tot: 1 gr.
Generally comatose: 8 1/4 (6)[Heroin]. Tot 1 1/4 gr.
10 o’c 241 slight (7)[Heroin]. Tot 1 5/12.
7 1/2 Chess—couldn’t play.
