Saw Zanetti (to my cost!) he will sell some "Fun" [The Fun of the Fair] for me. I sent him the Scientific Solution [The Scientific Solution of the Problem of Government] to educate him politically. Maybe he can get me the ear of some “great man”.

Z.[anetti] showed me letter from Board of Trade refusing permission to import a box of cigars for the P.[rime] M.[inister]!!
