Brown trousers—nothing to be done but patch from waistcoat. YET: couldn’t one make a braid pattern to hide the seam? One to extend down leg?

     

“It would be better to use quite colourless words like hypophaenioglobinaemia or hypocythaemia if they were not so cumbersome” BMJ.
