Saw “Margin for Error” a pro-Semite war film, very clever. Also, “Striptease Lady” terribly muddled: as a puzzle, insoluble. Yet I knew the murderer by instinct the first time he opened his mouth!
8-11 talk with Frieda [Frieda Harris]. At last she opened up freely.
3 3/4 Sudden bitter cold: weak from lack of food: chill.
