The usual 2 lbs Perique [tobacco] came—and Nothing to pay!!! I suppose they failed to examine the parcel at all, or didn’t know what Perique is. The lustrous(?) Form meant??? Some puzzle!
Cigars from Grady [Grady McMurtry].
Cordelia [Cordelia Sutherland] typed XV [Letter to Anne Macky for Magick Without Tears] & took me to lunch at the Potomacoh. How good was the Appelstrudel!
