Aleister Crowley Diary Entry

Thursday, 2 March 1944

[I Ching hexagram] 13.

2.40.11 [Air Raid] Alert.

2.49.33 Guns heavy. Note. I have observed frequently that I have woken up some 5 minutes or so before any Alert.

R.[aiders] P.[assed] 3.32.25.

Day completely dud: ill, short of [Heroin], “browned off”, & (?) “windy”.

It would be courage to take violent evasive action if there were any conceivable good to get. I see no sense in relying on “Caesar & his fortune” unless I were going somewhere.
