Aleister Crowley Diary Entry Sunday, 5 November 1944
[I Ching hexagram] 39.
A fair night, considering [no Heroin was available].
Began to be bad about 10, an hour after the last 1/8 gr[ain] M[orphine].
10 3/4 tube came, but only 1/6 [Heroin].
Now to economize & pray for supply Monday.
Got through day without much distress, lying v.[ery] quiet, no work.
Some lunch, milk dinner, and Adrlin(2) [Adrenalin] on 3 1/2 grs.
Pleasant Himalayan dream. Man comes to see Teacher etc. 2nd dream also delightful. I was the “blue Boy” and fucking some woman—Leah [Leah Hirsig], only physically quite unlike.
