Dyspnoea bad during the whole week.

     

Very bravely, went on with Z.18 Prophecy [Letter for Magick Without Tears]. Idea Z19 Coincidence [for Magick Without Tears].

     

Note. Last 10 days heartburn i.e. pain in chest; belch relieves it at night on composing myself to sleep.
