Grant [Kenneth Grant] here—I had quite forgotten! An exceeding pleasant & fruitful talk 2 PM-9 PM. Read his horror—much better than I thought at first; but most unusual.
For some reason I can't sleep: now 3.50 AM Friday.
Am I killing time till the post
comes? Yet I have no reason to expect
All these days I have been doing quite well on some 3 gr[ains] per day [of Heroin]: no nervous troubles so far. It is all very queer.
As to [I Ching hexagram] 14, nothing but bills!
