Marvellous "double" wet dream, very long, detailed, & delightful.
Boots refuse fill [Dr.] Ll[oyd] H[art] chit!!! The whole thing sounds like a bad fairy story, mixed with a nightmare. Astonishing climax. Parcel from Heppell's [Pharmacy] arrived duly on time 11.15 AM!!! So that end is untangled at last, after 3 days agony, misery, worry, danger & the rest. Now for the pleurisy.
