Chits from F.H. [Frieda Harris]. Eq[uino]x present 1/2 coat! Tub [Alice Upham].
Chess with Pitt v.[ery] good. Won both games: the last had a Master-Game-Finish.
Dr. heard my Astral Appeal, called
at lunch-time, took my blood pressure, felt my tummy etc.
All perfectly as it should be, but BP [blood pressure] low
as usual. Gave me 4 gr[ains]
400 [Kenneth Grant] as stupid as most at K[ing] plus P[awn] v.[ersus] K[ing]: I have known quite good players who take hours & hours to grasp it.
