* Anecdote of St Lubbock's Day Trippers on my 'bus (No 2—passes a famous old Inn called The Harrow) argued as to whether the sign referred to an agricultural instrument, or a weapon useful at Crecy. The Inn appeared, with Sign writ large. The girl next me, wild with triumph, “Nah then! Didni tell yer orlalong it were "the 'Arrer!"
