Notes for Dr. McGowan medical History. (1) Total exhaustion. Frustration. 2 [Oudenophobis: GK] Idees noires preoccupation with Will etc. 93) Sleep. (4) Nourishment—Colitis. 95 Massage etc. He gave me a fairly clean bill.
Chess v.[ersus] Polsen. Won 5 games; went to sleep, found position desperate on waking; so sacrificed R.[ook] & K.[night] & mated neatly!
