Leah Hirsig Diary Entry

Sunday, 13 April 1924

Letter and card from Cefalù.

666 has had another "crisis" night. He seems very much better. Beware of "over-confidence".

Out for lunch, called on Jaja [Jane Chéron], Aimée [Aimée Gouraud] called (she seemed very ill at ease.)

Out from 12.45 to 5—on and off. Great stunt for my "Poor Big Lion" [Crowley]—now no longer poor except in sous.

I to Café in knickers from 9.30 to 10.30—2 coffees and Evening Paper Boy.

666 felt he had passed the great crisis.

Wrote series of short stuff (appended).

Called at Lavigne's—Ellie!
