[I Ching Hexagram XXV] Lingam of Fire.

Plastic memory.

Hawaiian and Greek Flag.

Grassy plain—grey green—grey in skies—Smelting like Pampas. Fog or something can't see for—can't see boundaries. Plants like—withered leaves, or yellow blossoms. Impression of animal life—no big animals. Phantom of a man—his head wrapped in parchment—body tied. He laughs—ironical humorous in himself. Chuckling. 93 He has fear. He tries to dissolve away. 93—Afraid. (Make him speak.) Becomes (adopts human traits) now looks like Joss of Australia.

(Force represented.) Still afraid but wants to Chuckle again—Wants to say oh oh—quite dumb—Speaks rather w. thoughts—Fog has become vegetation. Presentation of Temple (remembrance) Low, columns, idols—Wall, dark red 2 or 3 things thrown about—Negro woman wrapped in mat. Connected with first figure. No movement—very lazy whole thing. People sleep under sun (not seen) but feeling of Siesta feeling. She recedes. Round headed being comes again.

Go thro as if I were a little animal—jump this. Brown colours like a poultry yard. Little place to move about. I see little animal as I felt myself. Non descript objects—dirty brown—sticker—old things heaped together. Plants like seaweeds—earth. Rich brown soil—

Small beast w.[ith] brown silky fur—like fox but not a fox, a clever animal. Very keen round eyes, black. Truthful? Wants to jump, hurry. Wizard or witch.

Go thro tangle w.[ith] little animal difficult. I emerge my head. Place haunted—idea of being under water but not wet yet a sinking feeling.

Wizard—big head—pointed beard and moisture forming .   93

Gets round eyes. Stares. Flat face. Powerful. Thinks v.[ery] slowly.

Principle—Steadiness, faithfulness. Truth is steadiness.

Later Lunch w.[ith] A.X.S.—Kennedy and 666 at 3—
