Dr. Jules Jacot-Guillarmod Diary Entry

 Saturday, 12 July 1902

Pfannl [Heinrich Pfannl] and Wessely [Victor Wessely] go to camp XII.

On July 12, 1902, a message arrives at Camp XI: Pfannl suffers from pulmonary edema. A good diagnosis, in advance of the time. The patient is transported down to Camp XI and put under morphine, but his condition continues to deteriorate.
