Been to the bank to pay the rest of my letter of credit. My 4000 fr are therefore paid and as I have spent more than 3000 fr in Europe for the preparations and taken 1600 for the trip I am not far from having provided my 8000 fr with what I will still have to spend on the return.
We are going to see the Darjeeling Deputy Commissioner but cannot give us permission from his own chief to pass through Nepal.
