JOHN WHITESIDE PARSONS AND MARJORIE ELIZABETH CAMERON [Marjorie Cameron] married San Juan Capistrano, California 10-19-46. PARSONS native of California then a resident of Pasadena. His wife native of Iowa, a painter by occupation, was a resident of Pasadena at that time.

Book 267, page 423, Orange County Recorder's Office reflects that a marriage license was issued to JOHN WHITESIDE PARSONS, native of California, age thirty-two, white, resident of Pasadena, California and to MARJORIE ELIZABETH CAMERON, native of Iowa, age twenty-four, resident of Pasadena, California. The marriage license was issued October 19, 1946. They were married by MARCO F. FORSTER, Justice of the Peace in the presence of EDWARD FOREMAN and JEANNE FOREMAN, who were also residents of Pasadena. The vital statistics section of the record reflects that JOHN WHITESIDE PARSONS resided at 1003 South Orange Grove Avenue, Pasadena, California. He was white, age thirty-two, divorced. This was his second marriage. He was born in California, the son of MARVEL M. PARSONS who was born in Massachusetts and RUTH VIRGINIA WHITESIDE, who was born in Ohio. PARSONS' occupation was given as that of a Chemist.

     

MARJORIE ELIZABETH CAMERON of 1002 South Orange Grove Avenue, Pasadena, California was white, twenty-four, single. It was her first marriage. She was born in Iowa, the daughter HILL LESLIE CAMERON who was born in Illinois and CARRIE V. RIDENOUR who was born in Iowa. She listed her occupation as that of a painter.
