Reference is made to your memorandum dated May 9, 1951 in the captioned matter, wherein you supplied additional information that had been requested of you by the Department.

     

For your information, this case is being referred by the Department to the United States Attorney for the Southern District of California for his opinion relative to prosecution. In this connection it would be appreciated if you would make available to the United States Attorney at Los Angeles, California, all information in this case developed through your investigation to date in order that he might have the benefit of same in reaching a decision.
