Had a very hard day out sailing—very rough, almost capsized once! Got wet through and stayed for hours in this condition. . . . arrived back 8 p.m.
Pranayama 8.10 — 8.20. Both nostrila—short suspension—in 10—out 20 (about).
Result. Glow all over—perspired slightly at soles of my feet.
9.40. Have invoked Hermes. Just going to bed.
Slept very little—concentrated most of night—part of time on the Ajna Chakra. . . . where I felt a vibrating sensation.
