Waked at 1:30, fussed around trying to sleep, dozed a bit, finally read Theocritus, turned out light at 4 and slept till 6:12.

6:15 - 35

 

ASANA, thunderbolt.

So sleepy I ached.

6:35 - 55

 

DHARANA, yellow square.

Poor.

HARPOCRATES.

Beginning of Pentagram, followed by Invocation.

Again away from Love, and when the thumb screws are tightened that I may realize I am asleep I whimper!

 

At Palermo—Mellin’s Food for Poupée.

Never was so alert before, result of A.C.’s enlightening talk concerning Asana. Can readily see this method is infinitely better than what I was doing.
