DHARANA, yellow square.
This ‘poised ready to spring’
attitude will tone up entire physical and therefore
the ascending scale of my being. Am most grateful to
be set straight.
Tired after the above, so
rested 10 mins. and did what I could of Harpocrates. |

Bathing and swam around a rock,
from one beach to another, A.C. going ahead, showing
me the way, selecting resting places. I wish I could
put into words all that I saw in this action. I
looked down long vistas and viewed Life from many
angles.
Beast has somewhat to do with
America.
