Jane Wolfe Diary Entry

A.M.

7:10

Wakeful and now so sleepy. O dear!

7:12 - 30

ASANA, thunderbolt.

7:30 - 50

DHARANA, yellow square.

Both poor. Due to physical unfitness?

Hardly: mental rigidity continues.

HARPOCRATES.

Invocation, and Silence.

P.M.

10:10 - 20

HARPOCRATES.

Invocation.

10:20 - 40

ASANA, thunderbolt.

Strong = Space & Silence—a feeling that I could encompass but a trifle more I would spread out and become Silence and so rid myself of this intellectual concept.

10:40 - 11:00

DHARANA, yellow square.

This suffered somewhat from Asana.

This time focus seemed in left.

This method of concentration seems a lifting of one’s self by the boot-straps. Perspiring: left leg painful.
