Difficult to enter. After arrival, so strenuous had to rest 3 mins before Dharana.

DHARANA, yellow sq& purple egg.

Most peculiar. When starting, regarded vision with what seemed centre of my being, deep, deep within; then from just above palate, then from womb, then from naval. Ended here, tired.

Conscious of top of head for a time.
