Jane Wolfe Diary Entry

A.M.

As I would rather do Yoga before the altar, I have put French in the waking hour—Yoga after Fives and while Lea [Leah Hirsig] is in Cefalù, 10-11.

7:30-8:00

French.

10:10-10:30

Asana.

10:30-45

Dharana.

For both, get and lose; when “got” good control. In Dharana “waited” before Gold disk. Equilibration good.

10:47-11:07

Harpocrates.
Interrupted after 5’—not satisfactory.

P.M.

Typed letter to Bickers & Sons, re Chiswick stock.

Little work on Capricornus correspondences.

3:03-14

Pranayama—somewhere lost a minute by cough.

3:40

Well, the Baron [Baron Carlo La Calce] has gone! And I have my little joke with Lea—“All who may desire me”.

7:50-9:00

113, 161, 284, 2911

9:07-25

Asana, in East.

9:27-47

Dharana.

Much difficulty for 5’, then seemed to take hold with centre in throat.

9:50-10:10

Harpocrates.

At no time, a battle to stick it out.

15’ Pranayama.
