A.M.

7:10-8:00

French.

9:30-54

Asana.

9:58-10:10

Dharana ) Again that quality of “perception”. Noticed that in both these that I left body behind and became focussed in more subtle body. Tried to see arrangement of gold dish—body not less than six but I think more, may be nine, may be still more. In Asana came flat gold disk, many pointed, with hieroglyphs; this in centre of brilliant white light.

First gold disk and holders on altar draped in white and gold.

15’ Harpocrates.

At one time floated in top of egg, but presently put a stop to this.

10’ Pranayama.

P.M.

A feeling of mental indigestion. So I take a walk up the hill, meet the Misguided Italian, drink a bit of his sweet wine, talk a bit, home, Fives, supper.

9:15-35

Asana. Good.

Thoughts. Jefferson, California, Lea’s [Leah Hirsig] remarks about her recent ordeals. Others, now forgotten.

9:35-45

Dharana, spotty.

Changed position and found I could not work so well. I suppose one gets accustoms to one particular Asana.

9:50-10:10

Harpocrates. Nothing.

One long fight to continue.

Pranayama, 22’.
