A.M.

Opium. And last night thought after all I made a mistake in following the impulse. This A.M. I have an inner happiness, as though the yoke of the egg were vibrating to some Love theme; the white, all unconscious of what has taken place, nevertheless being permeated by it; the mind steadied and given a sense of calm nobility.

For future reference I would like here to put down my interpretation of “I will breed from her a child more powerful than all the Kings of the earth.” This should have been entered in my record when Comment was being prepared, because then it was this thought came to me.

From rounding out of Scarlet Woman, through Beast and otherwise, through Strength and Love developed in her, shall she reach the Marriage Bed of Aiwass. From that Bed shall be born the child of R.M.K.

The Law is for all, yet it seems “classes” at the present are for Book of the Law, the proud and mighty, the fierce and strong, etc. etc.

Kings rule the masses. The child of R.M.K. and S.W. shall reach the masses.

Thus bringing both poles, classes and masses, into contact, making a complete whole.

“Clothed with the Sun”. “The Christ of the new dispensation shall be a woman.” Is there any connection here (assuming Kingsford’s vision to be correct)—except, that she was in line with the masses—or, that she could grasp only the Feminine and not the Masculine; that she got the half and not the whole.

I think I have the lesson of the opium. Again was I concentrating ex-clusively on the mental, forgetting the other as necessary angles of my being; again ill-balancing myself.

1:30-3:05

E String.

3:10-3:05

Vision—nothing.

3:30-4:00

Sleepless last night, a nap.

Time and time again going through exercise of strengthening a subtle body to withstand shock and attack, it seems to me. Definitely stopped at 4, so rise for Pranayama.

4:05-25

Pranayama, 10-20.

3’ Pranayama, 15-30, less 5”

9:35-55

Asana.

9:55-10:10

Dharana.

Both passionless, colourless, it seemed with body only—no mind.

10:17-37

Pranayama, 10-20.
