9:45-10:05

Asana.

Took hold again with “nervous organism”. Nerves in legs jumping. Steadied then, and controlled nerves throughout.

10:07-26

Dharana.

Same nervous organism, plus plane of vibration of last evening. Where is this? What is it? Stopped this intermittently, to have it jump back again.

Pain in legs frightful lat 5’—left leg numb to hip.

10:33-50

Pranayama, 10:20

The immediately present work seems confined to establishing equilibrium of nervous organization, magnetic centred, etc.

One gun cleaned!

P.M.

1-2

Type on record.

2-3

E String. Nothing accomplished; feel dull.

3:00-3:40

Nap.

3:40-4:10

B U E R. Silly ass to continue on this when I am and have been convinced for some time that it is not my will at present. That force needed elsewhere? In all Yoga work am hammering away on magnetic centres, nervous control, etc.—now that I know what I am after. Of course, this will not continue forever—indeed, may change tomorrow!

10’ Pranayama.
