Jane Wolfe Diary Entry

Sunday, 27 February 1921

A.M.

Wakeful night.

9:52-10:12

Asana.

10:12-23

Dharana.

In Asana taking full breath occasionally. A taking hold by an exceedingly thin thread, hard to hold. I am wondering if this might be the exercise of weak spots to bring up to normal of others.

10:28-50

Harpocrates.

Nothing.

10’ Pranayama, rather shaky.

P.M.

Letter to A.C.

Fussing about—resting the Seventh Day, I reckon.

8:58-9:18

Asana.

Went to this with renewed energy.

9:18-38

Dharana.

Hard to hang on last 5’—legs aching, flea walking.

9:20-10:00

Harpocrates.

Improvement here. Instead of being one with Silence I was trying to pierce that Silence.

6’ Pranayama, 10-20

Do not know why I should be wobbly to-day.
