A.M.

 

16’ Asana.

A wading around, it seemed, trying to understand.

 

Try Dharana—all messed up.

 

Shall try to locate difficulties during day.

 

Should say that I retired at 9 and slept well enough waking frequently, sleeping soon after and no exhaustive wakefulness. Tried Pranayama, but failed on that. Something about me is very tired.

Start opium: I wish to know about this difficulty, although I shall not make a practice of drugs during this training period.
