HALAHEL
I travel, yes; seem to rise at
times—always a sense of earth; ground, I mean, as
distinguished from rocks. |
9:30 |

For first time, am beginning to
feel a physical reaction, as of strain. |

Dharana
Am wondering about this
“automatic rigidity”, “corpse rigid”. People of
perfect concentration work with relaxed bodies. God
moves along line of least resistance. |

Harpocrates.
I don’t know.
I’m tired.

Lay 2 hours in hot sun on
court.
15’ Egyptian house. Door
massive, of polished mahogany colour, house cement,
thick walls. Could get nothing, then whole house,
terrace & I rose, and kept on going. Found myself
becoming, as I thought dizzy. Still continued for a
time, then forced my way slowly back, as I was
getting nothing. Beetle’s wings over door.
20’ Pranayama. |

Thought I could not finish
this—very little mental concentration.
