A “Mithriac Ritual”, handed me by Genesthai [C. F. Russell]. . . . “(a man, I say) presumes to worship Thee.” I have seen A.C. humble in Thoth (?) Invocation. No arrogance, of course, but why not the Simplicity of Equality? A child may love, adore, venerate a parent; yielding up its whole being. But there can be no thought of presumption, humility.

I do not understand this.
