20’ Pranayama.
Typed A.C.’s poetical version
of the Yi [I Ching]. This morning before returning the
book, I open the map which shows the hexagrams
placed in a circle. I run my finger around, with
closed eyes, and select one. [I Ching Hexagram] Ming I.

time, I turned consciously, gratefully and with love
toward my Unseen Helpers, and there seemed, at a
great distance away, a shimmering of vermillion and
green-gold. |
