L. V. Jefferson
Born: 14 May 1873 in Carthage, Missouri. Died: 30 November 1959 in Hollywood, California.
A former stockbroker and short-story writer for Munsey publications, L. V. Jefferson became one of Hollywood's most prolific screenwriters, churning out hundreds of mostly budget-Western scenarios between 1915 and 1936, often working with such Gower Gulch regulars as Helen Gibson, Benjamin F.
