Georgia Schneider was a member of Agape Lodge. She was a IX° in the O.T.O. and Soror Omnia Praesto Virtute ("I perform all things by Virtue") of the A∴A∴.

She was the second wife of Max Schneider and the mother of Cordes W. Haitz (1916-93).

She later adopted the last name of her lover, Joseph Clifford Crombie (1908-71) after her divorce from Max Schneider.
