Minnie (Betty) Elizabeth Sheridan-Bickers (née Hefford)

Born: 1880 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England.

Died: 1954.

Minnie (Betty) Elizabeth Hefford was the second wife of Horace Sheridan-Bickers. In the fall of 1922 she and Raoul Loveday met at the Harlequin. When she learned that Raoul had been studying Crowley's Equinox for two years, she told him that Crowley was staying with her at 31 Wellington Square, teaching her magick and giving lectures on Thelema, and arranged a meeting between the two.
