Major Frederick Thomas Skerrett

Major Frederick Thomas Skerrett was a member of the Royal Army Medical Service. He received his medical license in 1879 through the King and Queens College of Physicians in Ireland, and became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1880.
He was Rose Kelly's first husband. Rose was about 15 years younger than him when they were married on 31 August 1897 at St. Giles' Church, Camberwell. She lived with him in South Africa until he died two years later, then returned home. |
