Margaret (Peggy) Wetton

Crowley met Peggy Wetton in April of 1938. On 6 October 1938 Crowley hired her as the "housekeeper" for the house he was using at 6 Hasker Street. On 7 and 8 October 1938 they began a series of sex magic workings to beget another son for Crowley, but Crowley recorded her miscarriage on 27 December in his diary. After a 14 November kitchen fire burned Peggy's hand she had a lengthy stay at Charing Cross hospital. Not long after her release from the hospital she slowly faded from Crowley's life.
According to Crowley's diary he performed sex magic with Peggy Wetton on 6, 7, 8, 11, 13, 14, 17, 18, 21, 22, 25 & 28 October and 2, 3, 6, 8, 10 & 13 November 1938. |
